IntersectionCircle() delivers infinite

Thanks for this repository man... a great start. Although, I notice that IntersectionCircle() delivers infinite and NaN values where radiuses are out of reach from each other. Perhaps you care to explain further?

I have noticed it at the time I stopped working on this and didn't find the mood to investigate further.
If I have time I will look into this.
