combine profiles and NR_profiles netcdf

@ulysses78 suggested, that it would be easier to have all profiles in one netcdf, i.e. the far range (FR) and near-range (NR) profiles. In principle this is easily doable, but one has to consider different height resolutions for the FR and NR products. Thus, my question:

Do you suggest

a) to leave everything as is
b) combine simple and just duplicate dimension and altitude variable to xxx_NR, e.g. height_NR
c) use the modern HDF5 structure and use "groups" within one netcdf
