Ctrl-C, Ctrl-V not working to copy-paste

I can not seem to get copy-paste working using Ctrl-C, Ctrl-V (which is the only way I know of to do it).

I have reproduced this on two separate computers, without logging into precursorapp.com, both using:

Chrome Version 78.0.3904.97 (Official Build) (64-bit).
Windows Version	10.0.18362 Build 18362.
