Assign DOIs to data sets #25
Description
I currently have to fill out a form that is a "Data Management Plan" for a funder which is asking questions about how to ensure that all datasets have DOIs. For such things, it would be useful if PrefLib could assign DOIs to its datasets. Probably the easiest way to do so is to mirror all the data to an existing general-purpose data repository that assigns DOIs such as OSF or Harvard Dataverse. Maybe one can find such a repository that has an API such that the mirroring could be done by a GitHub Action.
Such mirroring may have other advantages, especially for long-term archiving.
