Couple of updates to be made

After discussing with Martin (and other thoughts):

• when calling .write() all appropriate sanity checks should be run. there could be an extra argument for write() to deactivate these checks. if a problem is encounter, a custom exception (like PrefLibException or so) should be thrown
• maybe the official result should be its own metadata line? # OFFICIAL RESULT:
• Link with abcvoting: convert preflibinstances to abcvoting instances
• Convert cat into orders
• Extend the list of metadatas: URL of the dataset (so that it's easy to download on the fly), Required citations for a paper etc...
