Kaapi v1.0: Repo standard and env cleanup

- Update the documentation of all of this -  PR templates, Contribution Guideline, Update Readme, Development Guideline
- Add an issue template for enhancement request as well, as right now we just have bug fix and feature request templates 
- Update at every place where it is written "AI Platform" to "Kaapi" in the documentations
