turn text-mined results into knowledge triples of the form (agent/chemical → gene → relation/effect). In other words, it links each stressor (agent) mentioned in a paper to the gene(s) it affects and labels the type of effect (e.g., induces/represses), producing a clean table you can later use as a knowledge graph edge list or for downstream AOP analysis.
