Improve Names of Solvers

[Elscrux]

Some solver names are undescriptive (like GAMS SAT).
They should include the used algorithm and then the implementation language in brackets.
Also improve descriptions if applicable.

Examples:
Grover-Search (Qrisp)
LKH-3 (C)
QAOA (Qiskit)
