Standardize Solution Format

Solvers of our toolbox currently have no standardized ouput format.
For instance, all QUBO solvers format their solutions a bit different.

This is not good when they are used as subroutines, and their solutions have to be parsed further.

We have to improve this by making all solution of one type in the same standard.

Grammar based approach

• Define Standard Output Format
  • Define Grammar for specific solver Input / Output formats
  • Generate AST parser via Antlr or so
  • Use AST to map solver format to the standard output format
