Create easy format interchange

Currently, methods to load and save from common medical imaging formats (nifti, DICOM, nrrd) are broken up into different modules. It would be easier to have one universal format interchange function, save_to, load_from, etc.

Investigate BioFormat and other packages solution to this problem, and see if it's just better to copy and existing solution.
