Add support for Guest Auth #7
Description
Currently, one needs to enter Username/Password to get the build status. Teamcity also provides REST api for Guest Authentication.
Teamflash could be configured such that when Username=Guest, skip prompt for password and change the base URL to use /guestAuth/app/rest instead of /httpAuth/app/rest
