Missing units in vector layer in Godiva #164

I'm passing on another issue from a TDS user. Thanks for any help you can provide!
Godiva3 is not displaying any Units in the interface when clicking on a vector layer in the left-hand menu. This is problematic from a user perspective not knowing what units the color bar pertains to (e.g., meter second-1). Note that Units do appear for all of the sub-layers (magnitude, direction, u/v components).
An example can be seen here for the layer "sea_water_velocity".
