I’d like to work on fixing this broken link by updating it to the current Rocket.Chat code style or contribution documentation.

Thanks for offering to fix this. Just a quick update, the Rocket.Chat team mentioned that this repository/section is no longer actively maintained, and they’re planning to handle the necessary updates on the docs side.
