(feature request) add ROOT_URL to the values.yaml as a comment with an example

Maybe add to README file as well, this is something everyone using gitops / argocd / flux will want as part of the initial deployment.

Or better yet, since the 'host' value is already present, simply add ROOT_URL automatically using the host value, or something similar.
