Photo Upload doesn't work with pages that have backslash in title

Pages that have a backslash in the title, such as those with dates in the title for incident reports, don't upload photos correctly because it only searches back to the first backslash. For example:

http://ropewiki.com/Incident:Severe_Fall_in_Lytle_Creek_(Middle_Fork)_2019/05/27

Photos uploaded to this page through the photo upload tool will be titled "27" instead of "Incident:Severe_Fall_in_Lytle_Creek_(Middle_Fork)_2019/05/27". Of course, files uploaded cannot have a backslash in their titles because that would mean a different directory, so either we escape the backslash character, or more correctly, fix the naming of the incident pages to not use backslashes.
