Display a warning when attempting to run multiple engines simultaneously (Bugzilla #1712) #25

Original Description:
One of those 'save the user from themselves' item. We've had some users
try running multiple match engines on their machine simultaneously and
then complain about slow performance. Since the matching process can be
quite computationally intensive, we should at least warn the user that
running multiple match engines will severely degrade performance. The user
can then decide for themselves whether or not to continue.
