Update citation question

• Change the second sentence to “If available, please provide a link to your software citation…”
• What if the scripts are published with a data archive? Use the citation of that?
• Citing software as a concept vs citing software as data
• Add an explanation as to why using a CFF is advantageous and when to do something different.

Point 2 --> Made explicit in the text.
Point 3 --> Not implemented, as I'm not sure what to write.

3. I honestly don't really know how data is cited, so for this point I'm not so sure either. Unless @OleMussmann has a good idea for how to include this, I think we can leave this as is for now.

4. I think the best option here is to include some motivation under the 'CFF' term. Although we already link to the citation file format website which has a section on motivation, I guess it can't hurt to add an explicit sentence on the motivation for using it.
