Script updates for Web Viewer/ Parser 2.0

Keeping this as a log of things that will need to be updated:
1. The parser URL will need to change
2. The script should also include:
"You can view your results here: http://linux-bench.com/display/$refid"
where $refid is the run's generated refid.
3. Update information, including help information to point to the new site
