503 compliance (only 1 error left)

hey folks - there's only one issue left in open framework to make it 503 compliant - the button needs text on it - I've tried adding name and value attributes to it, but it seems to still be an issue..

since 503 compliance is a pretty cool federal standard it'd be great to get this one last pesky detail figured out :)

i realize that image may not be clear - there are a bunch of errors in my block on the left hand side - it's the button above the "home" button that's not fixed

hey folks - I followed the instructions here http://www.nczonline.net/blog/2013/04/01/making-accessible-icon-buttons/ and so in templates/page.tpl.php i've added that span text

i've got the changes over here - I've also added the aria-label thing in there that's supposed to help
