Helpful to have WYSIWYG configurations for theme

We adopted the Open Framework theme for our campus library website. Now is the time to configure the WYSIWYG editing ability for librarians. It would be helpful to see what Stanford has done to enable this feature for this theme. (Maybe a blog post on WYSIWYG or roles.) Is that possible?
