As mentioned in the discussion for the Windows version, some details can be found on this About SEB page section about accessibility and the VPAT for each platform: In general, SEB for macOS and iOS/iPadOS support at least some of the accessibility technologies built into these operating systems, see Apple's overview page. We mostly tested SEB with the built-in VoiceOver screen reader and on iOS also with the individual Display & Text Size settings. Some system accessibility features might not yet be supported by SEB or blocked by some of the assessment/lockdown (kiosk) modes. On macOS it would be advisable to test such features with both available kiosk modes (the classic SEB one and the macOS AAC Assessment Mode, see Security pane in SEB's settings). I assume that users requiring accessibility technologies for severe visual disabilities will know these technologies best. We would be happy to receive feedback from such users and are more than willing to discuss current SEB capabilities and possible improvements. |
