Update homepage UI #356
Description
Suggest we rethink to optimize SEO including:
- Move filter back to homepage
- Show sites (like on rankings)
So:
- filter below search box
- change grade cards text to just show topic ('Accessibility' etc)
- Add 'Sites'
h2below grades cards with the rankings table
