Thanks for the tool, it looks great. I'm wondering if you can comment a little more what specific microeuk sequence you used to train. I'm interested in splitting out algal reads and contigs, what are your thoughts here? Were stramenopile lineages included here? Protozoa is an aging term so I thought I'd ask.

Thanks for your interest. In 4CAC, the microeukaryotes included fungi and protozoa. To split out algal reads and contigs, which tool is appropriate depends on where you wanna split them out.
