Include beforeRemove and afterRemove lifecycle methods.

This has come up before in conversation, wanted to make a record of it.

It seems to be that the developer wants to do some cleanup or ensure that some work is done, before that view is removed.

Cannot remember what I needed it for, @MichaelFenwick has also expressed an interest in this.

If you think this provides advantages over just overriding view.remove, go for it.
