Update Advantagekit and get Decorator logging working

The new advantagekit updates have decorator based logging that should be a lot cleaner to use.

Yes it does appear to log them correctly in sim

I only replaced the old Logger.recordOutputs with the decorator, is there anything else that should be added now?

I think it logs the Gamepads automatically, we should probably figure out what other parts of swerve we want logged, like the FWDPositive, etc so we can debug those problems more easily in the future.
