kinetic devastation was stripped out during finding causes for crashes some time in season 2 or 3

looking at its dependency "bigger explosions" seems like it has a badly encoded .wav which will crash the game thanks to a keen bug

its most important feature was bringing the ship to a halt when it collided, we had configured it to activate at 40m/s, this was the old config last used in the halo exhibition in december 2022

we could make our own version that just stops grids that are colliding or just turn off collision damage
