feat: `arm64` images

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

It would be great to have arm64 images alongside the amd64 ones. This would allow for much more flexibility on the deployment side. arm64 is a standard arch since many years.

Hi Patrick. We want to add this we just have not had a chance to find the time to do it. We need to change some of CI scripts and github actions. Because if we turn on multi arch imges right now in a simple way our image builds will take too long.
