Description
This is meant to be a place to discuss/place the features that we want to implement.
Once discussed we can move them into milestones as part of a project.
- PIN output from search.
- Right now it does export a csv and parquet file but columns are not great.
- Add system tests to check that it integrates with mokapot in a sound manner.
- Cache as parquet
- Right now the index is cached as a sqlite, which seems to be a bottleneck in some scenarios.
