+1. Active members of the organization must complete 4 hours of service that is approved by the Vice-President of Service Activities to attend the end-of-semester event, known as "Semi-Formal" or "Formal".
+2. Active members who are unable to complete these hours are allowed to donate $10 per hour of service not completed.
+    These donatations must go to a nonprofit organization that is chosen by the Vice-President of Service Activities.
