Add --without prettier option to eslint command

Users should be able to configure wether or not the generated eslint config includes prettier options

This is still an issue.

The Modern Iteration #29 considers Prettier a prerequisite of our eslint setup. We should consider whether or not we would want to include a version of eslint that does not come with prettier pre-packaged.

Personally I would argue against it, but I wanna hear opinions!
