Extend org-id lookups beyond FindThatCharity #310
Description
There are many types of organisation in the 360Giving dataset that are outside the scope of FindThatCharity's interest, for example companies or international organisations.
Consider extending our org id cache beyond FTC to look up different types of company (e.g. limited by shares and limited by guarantee) and non UK org ids (e.g. EIN numbers)
