Review accuracy of tooltips on GN

Describe the bug
GN has at least 2 tooltips that give inaccurate information about operators not being case sensitive.

To Reproduce
Do any search with the operators AND or OR

Expected behavior
Tooltip should explain that these are case sensitive and ideally only be shown when they're used in lowercase, given that people putting them uppercase are using them correctly.

NOT should be treated the same as AND and OR and have a tooltip explaining it's case sensitive (currently it has a more generic tooltip about quotes usage).
