Error Handler Tasks #55
Description
- Add the following errors:
- RX Buffer overrun on FCP and SBUS
- Missing end byte on SBUS
- All IMU errors
- Rename to fault handler to be consistent with ISO/IEC/IEEE 24765
- Provided interface to send errors to FCP for logging
