Wildcard in files causes timeout option to fail

If I run the following command it works fine:

```
kd -f deploy/specific-deployment.yml --timeout 10m0s
```

However the same command, but using a wildcard to match multiple files fails with the following error:

```
kd -f deploy/*-deployment.yml --timeout 10m0s
```

```
[ERROR] 2020/08/20 14:15:20 main.go:248: Error: unknown flag: --timeout
```

This is using 1.16.0
