Hyrax error at Vault Home Page #38

After uploading a collection and afterwards when attempting to go to the Vault home page https://vault.library.uvic.ca/?locale=en
Get the following Hyrax error. It is possibly true only for admin accounts but was also getting the same behaviour in other browsers when I was not logged in.
