Download QGIS and Raster Dataset

Download QGIS from [this site](https://qgis.org/en/site/) and the raster dataset from the MRLC [website](https://www.mrlc.gov/data/nlcd-land-cover-conus-all-years). Make sure QGIS can be successfully installed and that the dataset can be opened and viewed in QGIS.
