Set up varnish

[hexmode]

We need a caching layer in front of the web server. Deploy with ansible.

• Set up dehydrated with DNS
• Set up hitch to handle SSL front end
• Set up varnish to listen on port 80 and redirect to https
• Move apache to (firewalled) port 81
• PROFIT!
