`windower.ffxi.get_bag_info()` returns wrong `.enabled` value for bags that are not unlocked at all

As explained in the subject. If Mog Safe 2 is not enabled at all (i.e. the button in the Mog House meny us greyed out), the api call somehow returns an `enabled` value for it. Same for Mog Sack. Did not test Mog Satchel. Mog Wardrobes appear to be reported correctly when they're not paid for.

I feel like we discussed this issue before on discord but I could not find the conversation.
