Cannot move windows at all

The readme claims the windows are draggable, however, no matter where I click and drag on them (I'm using the crosshair addon to make absolutely sure that I'm actually clicking on the parser window) nothing happens.

As it is, this means that the parser window (in addition to being absurdly tiny on my 4k screen) is overlapping the status icons, so I can't read it at all.

Additionally, updating the settings file directly does absolutely nothing. The addon overwrites my settings with the incorrect defaults on load.
