Support Channel Renaming

Note: In TDMS file format version 2.0, specifying a value for the name property of an existing object will rename that object.

This is not well described in the standard.

Writing the "name" property to a group actually writes a property called NI_UpdateGroupName and to a channel NI_UpdateChannelName

after this writing with the new name works as expected it seems.

This could be a case where adding structured paths into the index module may make sense so it can update the names based on these properties.
