Hello!
Could someone please explain the purpose of the UniRef annotations in DRAM? I tried annotating my MAG with and without --use_uniref, and while the annotations file is double the size in the first case, the distill module seems to be producing exactly the same output from both options. I don't see the UniRef annotations being used to produce the distillate. What is the point then? Just to use in the downstream analysis?
