Add more nf-test tests

### Description of feature

Add more tests for DRAM1 outputs to make sure our outputs are the same as DRAM1 where we expect them to be. Chack more columns where we need to still add more tests. We still need tests for the distill spreadsheet, and the trna/rrna files. We could also use DRAM2 specific test to guard against new features changing things.
