`scale` parameter is bad

The size of each glyph is controlled by the scale variable and it's not well adjusted.
The font appears smaller or larger than other fonts.

The missing-glyph also has a fixed size which is not affected by the scale variabe.

Additionally, rounding issues will result in some gaps between triangles.
