Web wallet issue in certain locations

Some users have reported encountering errors while trying to access their wallets using XDC Web Wallet. The most common error is "Connection not open on send ()". This issue appears in certain geographical locations, while it works perfectly fine for others. Could the team please investigate and resolve this issue as soon as possible?
