Sliders should not be capped at a value != 0 but always at 0, where the cap will happen after setting the slider #208
Description
Example, solar parks sliders are now Min capped on existing solar farms, and ehub dashboard slider. But, we maybe want to change this to: min capping it at 0, and then when slider is set at 5 ha (while minimum value is 10), the slider jumps back to 10 and gives a warning why.
-> makes sliders more consitent with other sliders and probably makes it clearer for the user to understand why the slider is min capped to a certain value.
Other sliders that need this change:
CompanyUI PV, battery, EV, etc.
PV farm slider, windfarm slider, gridbattery slider.
