Class color & moving target castbar

Sorry this is the wrong place to post.

Was wondering if you could add option to have class colors on the unit frames and either move/disable target castbar?

The class colors were already implemented, but only in a specific language and were buggy.
Only Paladins displayed the correct color.
I fixed this in my PR.

Now the class colors should display correctly in every language.
