Extra flag required for boost on ubuntu 14.04

I needed to pass --with-boost-libdir=/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/ to configure to make the boost checks for the various libraries work.

There is still some linking issue

c++filt _ZN5boost6system15system_categoryEv
boost::system::system_category()

but thats a simple fix in test/Makefile.am

+check_threads_LDADD = $(BOOST_LIBS) $(BOOST_THREAD_LIB) $(BOOST_SYSTEM_LIB)

The best way to fix this issue is to update ax_boost*.m4 files in the m4 directory from this iste
