Problem Statement

Need to translate on-site discussions into concrete project plans with defined tasks, timelines, and deliverables that can be tracked in Jira and communicated to leadership.

Implementation Tasks

• Parse all on-site discussion outcomes
• Create high-level effort definitions
• Break down efforts into specific tasks
• Create project plan documents in wiki
• Define smaller work streams per project
• Layout tentative project schedules
• Attach RFCs to project plans where needed
• Transfer all items to Jira
• Create Gantt-like chart to illustrate the plan
• Prepare presentation for leadership
