Do not spawn an empty buffer when no tags are found

When no matches are found for the word under the cursor, an empty buffer is still spawned. It would be nice if you instead got a message saying that no tags were found for whatever was under the cursor.

Yes good call. I ended up not using cmd_ctag much so I never found these annoyances. Thanks for reporting these.
