Restore the correct buffer upon closing the CTags buffer

I'm not sure if this is possible or not, but currently you don't end up in the previous buffer when you close the CTags buffer. Instead, you're always ending up in the last buffer in the list. This is somewhat annoying when you're navigating code in quick succession. Ideally, the buffer you were in at the time you invoked cmd_ctag would be restored upon closing the buffer.
